I always have the best experience every time I come in to get my hair done at Orb. I have been a guest there for over 6 years now and it is like my second family. I have made really cool friends there and they always look after me and spoil me each time when I come in. I receive plenty of coffee, tea, wine and also biccies! It’s amazing in every single way.
Very friendly welcoming staff. Loved the peppermint tea and fresh towel on arrival. Marine cut my hair just perfectly! She turned my long thick lifeless hair into beautiful layered waves. I haven’t found a hairdresser as talented as her! Il be back soon!
I was actually quite blown away with how much I enjoyed my first visit at Orb. Like many of us, I have visited a lot of hair salons in my time but never have I felt the warmth and friendliness as I did here. At the moment I made the booking over the phone to then having that good service continue in salon today was a delight. The customer service was outstanding (so rare these days but is certainly what can make or break a business), everyone was very professional and you can see that the salon is run well because you notice how smoothly it all flows and how they all work as a team. And of course, last but not least the desired results for my hair were delivered perfectly by my stylists. Originally from London, Paul began his career training with Toni & Guy before helping launch their first salons in Sydney. His journey then took him to Canada, where he ran his own studio for many years, before bringing his family to enjoy the sunshine and outdoor lifestyle of Queensland.
Paul is a master of precision cutting – his experience shows in every guest’s gorgeous new look. He has that rare mix of skill and personality; instantly warm, easy to chat with and genuinely interested in everyone who sits in his chair. Guests love his approach, and the way he makes them feel completely at ease.

Originally from sunny Florida and now based in Brisbane, Claudia brings a refined, professional approach to her craft. She specialises in creating gorgeous blondes, dimensional highlights and natural-looking lived-in colour transformations. Alongside her colour expertise, Claudia provides cuts and elegant, polished blow-dries that complete your look effortlessly. Anna joined Deb 17 years ago, arriving in Australia from the USA , with a background of managing Beauty Spas. It was the perfect match , someone who truly understood the ethos of creating memorable experiences, who wanted to work with a like minded team of inspiring hair professionals. Anna looks after Orb guests and team members like family, and loves our industry with a huge passion. Recently finishing her Masters in Business, she inspires our team daily, with her kindness, generosity , and absolute determination for us all to be the best we can possibly be. Leading a team of creatives, organising guests and daily operations , planning and forecasting to keep learning and growing together, you will find her at Orb, running Orb, most days …..or climbing mountains( her other passion!) in her off time.
